Completed
her LLB(Hons) degree from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UITM) in 2007.She
undertook her pupillage with Ms.Seow Yeat Wern of Messrs. Soo Thien Ming & Nashrah and was called to
the Baron 25 July 2008.
During her pupillage, she was given the opportunity to
handle Conveyancing and Civil Litigation matters.
Thereafter, she commences practices a Legal Assistant at Messrs. Putra Ray &Partners where she manage
various matter of Conveyancing including Islamic and Conventional Loans for various financial institution; including CIMB Bank Berhad, Malayan Banking Berhad and others.
Later in 2012, she joined Messrs.Ahmeena Aziz &Partners as a
Senior Conveyancing Legal Assistant. She was given the opportunity to head the Conveyancing Department which broaden her professional practice, and expertise
in conveyancing including various land transactions, land project
development, drafting, perusal and others.
In 2015, she resigned from the firm, and joined Messrs. Adha Selvi & Associates as a Partner and
has been entrusted to handle and head the Conveyancing Department and the loan
department.
Her notable assignments include, among others:
1. Advised and
represented various local and foreign banks and financial institutions at all
levels of the Malaysian Courts in the successful recovery of banking facilities,
including the foreclosure of properties charged and/or assigned, winding – up,
bankruptcy, appointment or receivers, etc.
2. Drafted various
conveyancing matters including Sale and Purchase Agreement, Sub-Sale
Transaction, Auction, Deed of Assignment, Tenancy Agreement, Transfer of
Property, Discharge of Charge, Will, Perfection of Charge and Transfer.

Has vast experience in managing Islamic loans and Conventional Loan Document for
various financial institution such as CIMB Bank Berhad, Malayan Banking Berhad,
Public Bank Berhad, Government of Malaysia, Standard Chartered Bank, United
Overseas Bank Malaysia Berhad, HongLeong Bank Berhad, AmBank Berhad and
Bahagian Pinjaman Perumahan and others not specifically mentioned herein.

Has vast expertise in various land transaction, land project development and
other corporate and commercial matters.

Has vast expertise with drafting Joint Venture Agreement, Power of Attorney,
Trust Deed and License Agreement and Lease Agreement, Letter of Administration
for small Estate Distribution from Land Offices, Transmission to Executor and
Registration of Trustee.
6.
Has a cordial relation and experience in liaising with various governments department
such as Land Authorities, Inland Revenue Board, Local Authorities, Ministry of
Finance, Ministry of Housing and Local Government, LPHS and other government
agencies.
