Messrs. Adha Selvi & Associates (ASA) is a firm of solicitors and advocates established on 19th January 1995 and have been in practice for the past twenty-five (25) years. It is presently situated at Unit 38-10, Level 38, Tower A, Menara UOA Bangsar, No. 5, Jalan Bangsar Utama, 59200Kuala Lumpur.

The firm commenced its practice in 1995 with the partnership of Puan Nor’ Adha Bt Abdul Hamid and Ms. Selvi Kanagasabai.The firm started of at Wisma Batu with 2 lawyers and 2 staff. In 1997 the firm was invited to sit on the panel of Bumiputera Commerce Bank (now known as CIMB Bank) which have continued to be privileged to be on till today.

In 2011, the firm moved to its current premise in UOA Bangsar and in 2015, Puan Siti Sharina Binti Ismail joined its practice as a Partner. As of 2020, the firm has expanded to include a dedicated team of 3 lawyers and 5 staff. 

ASA’s core services comprise of the Conveyancing, Corporate and Litigation Portfolios. However, as of October 2020, we have expanded to include criminal litigation, mediation and estate matters. As a commercial legal practice, ASA has a varied and respectable clientele base including financial institutions for whom it offers Consumer Housing Loans, Small Medium Enterprise Loan, Retail Business Loans, and Commercial Loan.

The firm currently has a professional indemnity for Ringgit Malaysia Twenty-Five Million (RM25,000,000.00) with a total aggregate of RM25,000,000.00 to commensurate with its wide scope of legal services.
